Spring 2001

One of the great things (from my perspective, anyway) of living in this neighbourhood is the variety of interesting people who live and work here.

With the South West Hamilton Studio Walking tour coming up on the Mother's Day weekend (you haven't forgotten that date, have you?) I thought it a perfect time to e-mail you about the artists who help to make our neighbourhood so interesting.

As well as the studio tour there are art and craft galleries and the MAD (Music•Art•Drama) Creative Arts School in the summer.

Of course, art isn't the only reason we have a great neighbourhood. It's also our sense of community and I'm very excited by some of the community partnerships that LockeStreet.com is developing and I hope you read about them in News.

Sincerely,

Craig Hermanson,
LockeStreet.com Webmaster
