I hope you are enjoying your visit to LockeStreet.com. We've been
around since September 2000, but you may notice some material
is out of date and there hasn't been much street news over the
past few years. We do have plans and ideas to bring back regular
updates and are hoping to partner with a few local businesses in
this effort. Until then, however, updates will be sporadic while
we concentrate on business projects and other volunteer commitments.

When I first started this website, my primary motivation for creating
lockestreet.com was to promote the great neighbourhood
that my family and I live in. Over those ten years, the street
certainly has been revitalized and I'd like to think that we helped
in some small way in promoting Locke Street as a destination. This
has been a great project to be involved with and I'm looking
forward to carrying on and expanding the concept.
